We are Rich and V Thomas, both Certified Personal Trainers with over 25 years of experience between us. We believe a healthy lifestyle is a Balanced & Optimized Journey. This lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit mind & body. Our aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design a fitness program that fits your needs and help you achieve your optimal health and fitness goals. We guide you through every exercise, workout and challenge you might encounter.

We offer a free of charge 1 hr consultation/evaluation session (first visit) + free personal training session. During the evaluation we will discuss health and exercise history, short and long term goals and diet as well as going over an evaluation workout. All workouts are customized for your specific wants and needs taking into consideration present levels of fitness and health.
All private workout plans include our nutritional guidance.
